Shipping Policy


All orders placed before Thursday 2pm, 21st December 2017 will be dispatched that day (21st Dec).
All orders placed between 22nd December 2017 - 1st January 2018 will be dispatched when we return on January 2nd 2018


Please note due to demand, orders may experience 1-2 day delay during the first week of January. Look out for your tracking number sent via email to be notified of when your order has been dispatched.


We understand paying extra for shipping charges is a pain, so we are excited to advise that we offer Free Postage on all orders within Australia and through out the world. We know you want to get your Heart Rate Sports Earphones with the most flexibility, so we use Australia Post Eparcel Standard delivery service throughout Australia. This service allows complete order tracking, safe drop, re-direct and PO Box delivery. Using Australia Post offers a full featured delivery service but unforeseen delays can occur that are out of our control. Please use Australia Post website to track your order.


Orders received before 1pm on a business day are dispatched that day. Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched on the next business day, however every effort is taken to despatch them if received prior to 5pm. Orders placed on the weekend will be sent on the next business day. *Please note this is not a guaranteed service. Delays can occur which result in orders being dispatched at a later date.

Orders are despatched Monday-Friday (ex NSW public holidays).


Our warehouse is located within the Sydney Metro area. Orders within the Sydney Metro area are usually delivered within 2 days. Orders to East Coast metro areas (excl Sydney) are usually delivered within 3-5 business days, with regional areas, WA, NT and country areas taking an additional 5-7+ business days. Delivery to International destinations usually take 7-14 days and you are responsible for any costs associated with the importing of our products such as fees/taxes/duty. Please allow sufficient time when ordering to receive your earphones at the time you need them. Tracking is available at Australia Post website.


A tracking identifier will be emailed to you once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. However, this tracking number is only activated once our courier company has processed the order so please allow a few hours from receiving your tracking email before checking the status of the delivery.
