30 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
It is very important to us that you love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund in accordance with our terms below.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
A return authorization must be requested from our customer service team within 30 days of your purchase date. To request a return authorization, please email Customer Service at email@example.com.
You must return the product to BioConnected to receive a refund.
Products returned must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return. The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
Additional terms and conditions:
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as GST, VAT, state or customs) are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned product(s) while in transit back to BioConnected.
If you return product to BioConnected (a) without a return authorization from BioConnected or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, BioConnected retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher.
If your biosensing sports earphones are defective when you receive them, we’ll make it right immediately.
For Australian customers, if they develop a problem later that’s our fault, we’ll either (at our option) ship you the parts that need to be replaced along with detailed instructions, or ship it back to us for repair or replacement – in either case, for free, including shipping.
For international customers, parts and repairs are free, but shipping is not included.
BioConnected warrants that during the warranty period, we will, at its sole discretion, remedy defects in (materials or workmanship free of charge either by a) repairing, or b) replacing, or c) refunding, subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in the country of purchase, unless local law stipulates otherwise.
Processing of all warranty claims will be handled by the the place of purchase of your BioConnected product, and according to the geographic area where the purchase was made.
The Limited Warranty Period starts when the product ships. The Warranty Period is one (1) year in Australia. International warranty periods vary subject to local laws and the policies of the authorized importer or the local distributor for the geographic area where the purchase was made. International warranties are at a minimum one (1) year
